PinPulse started with a walk around New Gurgaon and a plain question: why does an app know what's happening three cities away, but not what's available two streets from here? A "pin" is where you are. A "pulse" is proof something is alive nearby — a rider on the move, a shop with stock, a request being filled. PinPulse exists to make that pulse visible and immediate, instead of buried behind a citywide average.
Aggregator apps optimise for scale first and locality second. PinPulse inverts that: it starts from one neighbourhood, gets the match right at that radius, and only then expands. Every new area PinPulse enters has to earn its own density before it grows further — no shortcuts, no thin coverage.
